Minimum Age: 21 Years

To register an account on bv8, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. bv8 reserves the right to request identity documents to verify your age at any time. If verification fails or cannot be completed, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawal may be withheld pending resolution.

One Registered Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered bv8 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bv8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

Registration Details Must Be Truthful

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.

Protecting Your Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bv8 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact bv8 support immediately at [email protected].

Approved Deposit and Withdrawal Channels

bv8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bv8 does not accept payments from third-party accounts; the payment account must belong to the registered player.

Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. bv8 reserves the right to amend these minimum thresholds at any time with reasonable notice communicated via the Platform. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Withdrawal Timelines and Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days following approval. Before a withdrawal can be approved, the account holder must have completed identity verification (KYC). bv8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds. Processing times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Segregation and Protection of Player Balances

Player deposit funds are maintained separately from bv8 operational funds. In the event of any dispute regarding a transaction, you should contact support at [email protected] providing the transaction reference number and date. bv8 will investigate and respond within five business days.

When a Bet Is Binding

A bet or wager placed on bv8 is not binding until it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, as indicated by a bet confirmation message and a transaction reference. bv8 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where the Platform suspects abuse, technical error, or collusion.

Stake Limits per Game and Market

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and account tier. Stake limits for cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, and crash games are displayed within the relevant game interface. bv8 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Any bet placed that exceeds the permitted maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted amount without notice.

Circumstances Under Which Bets May Be Voided

bv8 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: events cancelled or abandoned before completion, technical malfunctions affecting game integrity, clearly erroneous odds published due to a data feed error, or evidence that a market was manipulated. In the event of a void, the original stake amount is returned to the player's account balance.

Live and In-Play Bet Acceptance

In-play betting markets for cricket and other sports are subject to suspension and re-opening during the course of a match. bv8 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. Results displayed during live coverage are for information only and settlement is based on official verified results.

Behaviour That Will Result in Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bv8: exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; engaging in matched betting or arbitrage specifically designed to circumvent bonus terms; colluding with other players; or attempting to access accounts other than your own. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and balances reviewed.

How Bonus Wagering Works

All bonuses credited to a bv8 account are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated clearly on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is made. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

Who Qualifies for Promotions

Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible registered players who have completed the standard KYC verification process. bv8 reserves the right to exclude specific players or groups of players from promotional offers at its sole discretion. Each promotional offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, and per payment method unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

Time Limits on Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotional terms will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. bv8 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances. Players are advised to review the expiry date of any bonus before accepting it.

Consequences of Bonus Abuse

bv8 monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using related accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine gameplay, or exploiting a promotion error. Where bonus abuse is detected, bv8 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and suspend the account pending investigation.

Self-Exclusion, Deposit Limits, and Time-Outs

bv8 provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available from your account settings panel at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and remain in effect for the period chosen by the player, with a minimum duration of six months.

If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the Platform, please contact support immediately. bv8 employs age-verification checks at registration and at the point of withdrawal. Players who are found to be underage at any point will have their accounts closed and any deposits returned minus any amounts that were wagered.
